*SOLVED* Didn't receive download link...

I sent a message, but figured I'd leave one here as well. I provided the transaction ID and an alternate email address when I wrote, but I can PM it here if needed. I paid for the extension and checked my email (including spam/junk), but didn't receive the link to download the product.

I responded to your email a couple of days ago. I included the download link in my reply. Did you not receive my email reply?

The reply was sent to the same address that you used when signing up for this forum. Are you checking the correct email account?

Unfortunately, while all other messages seem to be coming through fine, I still haven't received any message with the download link - though I do believe you when you say you sent it. Yes, I've checked the correct email account. I've tried logging directly into my hosting CP to read messages that way, although I have a forwarder set up (which I know sometimes can cause delays). All other messages have come through without a problem though, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Perhaps you could resend it to the alternate address that I provided instead? That one definitely works and there are no forwarders or anything involved.
