Curious, have you tried using Joomla's native caching instead of JotCache? Do you receive similar results?
~ All the best

Let me update you on the situation. This morning, I removed jotcache and installed the most recent version, I keep current and on top of the limited amount of plugins that I do use on my joomla site for obvious reasons. Upon installing the most recent version unfortunately, I was able to duplicate the issues yet again. However, I have anow excluded plugins from being cached in JotCache which was not present in the prior version under modual exclusions but is currently a feature in the most recent one. To my dismay, I find yet again that the situation was duplicated, so I disabled Jotcache and used the Joomla clear cache and expired cache, logged out fully cleaned my browsers cache with ccleaner went to my website and the Nice Pay Pal Plugin of course was working properly without JotCache Enabled. I logged back into the Admin section Turned Jotcache back on and mad a point of the first page being cached was the page that I had created for your Plugin. Hopefully, without crowing too soon, knock on wood, Nice Pay Pal Plugin has been working without issue all day! I have been working on my website, SEO and my Blog today....(all day) and have been checking the consistency of my new found results very frequently all day and night and low and behold...I have fixed it as it would appear..Hopefully!

No, I have not nor did I attempt too either. Reason being is that JotCache speeds my site up like 4 times faster than the cache system incorporated into Joomla does and letting go of JotCache for the inferior Joomla one is not what I would consider worth while. One requirement of using JotCache is that the Cache feature in the control panel stays enabled while it is also required that the Plugin portion of the Cache Mechanism of Joomla is Diasabled.
