IE9 issues with "Compatibility Mode" enabled

Thanks everyone for all of your help and patience in this matter. We have just released a new revision of the Nice Google Checkout plugin, version 1.49. This new version incorporates the fix that was suggested by marlon. Thanks again marlon, you're the best!

We have tested the new revision under IE9 with compatibility mode off and found that the revision works as expected. Please let us know if any of you run into any unexpected snags with this new version.
