How to increase existing subscribers' fee

Hi michael,

How does the extension handle an increase in price of the subscription? Lets say i have 10 subscribers that have been paying $25 per month each, and i want to increase it from $25 to $30 per month for existing subscribers. How can i do it, and how will they get notified to accept the new price or opt to cancel the subscription? Is that possible? Otherwise old subscribers will end up paying a fraction of the price in the future.

Also, if there is any way to do all that from paypal's website, will the extension know the new price and accept it without issues?

Hi George,

I believe that price increases will only affect new subscribers. I'm not sure that is possible to increase the price on existing subscribers. This may be the kind of situation where existing subscribers will need to resubscribe in order to accept the new pricing. As I am unsure about this, you may want to check with paypal customer service regarding your options in this area.
